Has anybody every experienced this? What can I do about it?

Via remote session we managed to solve the issue by resetting Studio to its's basic settings. The issue was solved by following Workaround 2 from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395

 Have you tried the second workaround, which involves performing a Trados reset? If you haven't done so yet, I recommend trying a Trados reset, as this often resolves the issue.
