This is all what I have, see screenshot. I have not 'Sort results by' dropdown!

Regarding my 2nd question "In addition, I see segments that I translated already, however their matches don't appear at all in the editor. How can I fix this issue?", the segments are correctly saved in the TM and I can find them, when I do a condordance search! So I have no clue, why they don't appear as a match?

Unter TM view: I don't have a column called "Date"? I just have the source and target text of each segment. Can you provide instructions with some images that show, how I should set the TM to get the most recent translation from the TM when I pre translate a file?
And does sorting the segments by date under TM view leads to getting the most recent translation from the TM in the Editor later, when I pre translate a file?

Dear Lydia, Thanks for your reply. I have this checkbox already chosen. However, what I need is not to "show" the most recent translations, but to apply the most recent translation, when it matches. And that does not happen, although this checkbox is chosen.
