Applying the most recent match in the TM?

Hello, the client has made changes to the file to be translated several times. Now, I have the final file to be translated and would like to use the TM matches from the most recent translation in the TM. I see that sometimes the editor uses aleady the most recent translation in the TM, but unfortunately not always. In the following screenshot, the third translation (CM) is the most recent one, however the first (old) one was applied and confirmed by the editor as a 100% match. Is there anyway that can gurantee me that the most recent translations are definitely used in all segments? 
 In addition, I see segments that I translated already, however their matches don't appear at all in the editor. How can I fix this issue?

 I apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, I can't provide images, but I'll try to explain it as clearly as possible. 
 In Trados Studio 2021, the Translation Memories view doesn't have a 'Date' column. The sorting of segments in the TM view doesn't affect the order in which translations are applied during pre-translation. The TM always provides the best match based on the matching algorithm, which considers factors like match percentage and context. 
 To ensure that the most recent translations are used during pre-translation, you should regularly update your TM with the latest translations. Here's how you can do it: 
 Step 1: Confirm and Update Segments: When you confirm a segment in the Editor, it gets updated in the TM. Make sure you're confirming your segments as you translate, so that they get stored in the TM for future use. 
 Step 2: Update your TM: Make sure your TM is up-to-date with the most recent translations. You can do this by running a Batch Task -> Pre-translate. This will ensure that your TM is updated with the latest translation units. 
 Regarding your second question, if the segments are correctly saved in the TM and you can find them when you do a concordance search, it's possible that they're not being recognized as matches due to slight differences in the source text. Trados Studio uses a complex algorithm to determine matches, and even small differences in punctuation, capitalization, or formatting can result in a segment not being recognized as a match. 
 You can try adjusting the match value in the TM settings. Go to Project Settings -> Language Pairs -> All Language Pairs -> Translation Memory and Automated Translation. Here, under the 'Concordance' tab, you can adjust the 'Minimum match value' to a lower percentage. This will make the concordance search more inclusive and may help in finding matches for your segments.
