If you mean you'd ike to automaically insert terms from your termbase into a translation and just replace the matches then there is no way in the product to do this.  There is an interesting solution that I can't find now, from  where he either used AHK for this, or he created a plugin for his own use... can't recall.

If you mean convert complete sentences from information in your termbase, then convert your termbase to a TMX using the Glossary Converter and then upgrade it to an SDLTM in Studio.

MachineTranslation is quite advance technology (still far away to go though) and I am not good at it. I have tried this and that way but, most importantly I have to buy a full new computer set to run its codes, very expensive grade, that is essential. So, gave it up, and should I need that functionality I will use Google or some other nice and cheap services out there, for sure. 

I guess you mean the term MachineTranslation here just for "blindly/automatically repalce some words". If so, I have made it. And everybody in town could make it with all kinds of computer languages. It is now with SDL Trados Studio PlugIns and AHK codes too.

Actually, it is all posted here AutoHotkey section free of charge, though you have to modify some lines slightly.
