After upgrading to 2019, I can no longer specify which columns on a bilingual Excel sheet to use as source and target. Also, Studio appears to ignore the tickbox which says the first row is headings. Not sure what I'm doing differently to 2017.

Hello @Nicole Lawson try to execute studio as admin 1 time and try? Just right click the studio icon and choose run as admin.
What exactly makes you believe that such action would help?!?!
Where exactly did you get the idea that running Studio as admin has any special effects?!
I really wonder if users ever stop spreading this totally nonsensical urban legend.
