There was an error in our system! Retrying in 55 seconds... Please contact support if the problem persists. Details | Logout

I am unable to sign in because I repeatedly receive the following message:

There was an error in our system! Retrying in 55 seconds...
Please contact support if the problem persists.
Details | Logout

The problem persists after waiting and trying again.

I was referred to this Community by Fran from the Licensing Team, who advised me to post my issue here so it could be investigated by the Support Team.

Additional information

  • I can reproduce the issue consistently.
  • The error occurs every time I try to log in.
  • I have already retried multiple times, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise:

  • What could be causing this error?
  • Is this a known issue?
  • Are there any troubleshooting steps I should follow?
  • What additional information (logs, screenshots, etc.) would help diagnose the problem?

Thank you for your assistance.

  • Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter repeated login issues. Let me guide you through some steps to help resolve this problem:

    ### Step 1: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    - Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure no outdated or corrupted data is causing the issue.

    - Restart your browser after clearing the cache.

    ### Step 2: Use an Incognito/Private Browsing Window

    - Open an incognito or private browsing window in your browser and try logging in again. This bypasses any stored session data.

    ### Step 3: Sign Out of Trados Live

    - If you were previously logged into Trados Live, ensure you sign out properly before closing the browser. This can help avoid session conflicts.

    ### Step 4: Wait for 5 Minutes

    - After signing out, wait for at least 5 minutes before attempting to log in again. This allows the system to reset any active sessions.

    ### Step 5: Check for Known Issues

    - While this error is not a common issue, it could be related to temporary server-side problems. If the issue persists, it might require further investigation.

    ### Step 6: Gather Additional Information
