I delete a file in a project and want to add an updated version. But below message pop up. Where can I find the source file and delete it so that it won't take up memory space?

Not at all. I need to further explore more functions in Trados Studio. I deleted in above environment. Where can I find source language section?

Click on the drop-down icon next to 'Chinese'. The source language should appear in the drop-down. Click on it, and in this section you'll see all your files. Delete the file in question there, and you should be fine.
