Studio 2026 is very slow and does not recognize perfect matches

My Trados Studio 2026 is incredibly slow; it doesn’t even recognise perfect matches and spends what feels like an eternity on a segment without suggesting any translation. However, if I highlight a few words in the source segment, it suggests the translation straight away. It basically doesn’t recognise CMs or 100% matches… how is that possible? I’m at breaking point; I have a project to finish that I started in Studio 2024 and I can’t seem to make any progress. The settings are the same as in 2024. Please tell me how I can sort this out. Thanks in advance. Laura

    This errors are most probably caused by saving the files in the cloud, while the content there is permanently updated. If you use OneDrive, go to the corresponding folder, right click it and select "Always keep on this PC". This will cause the files being stored locally too. This might help.
