Cannot creat any new TM - Update Translation Memory

Dear all, since some time I cannot create a Translation Memory anymore. It gives me a warning in Dutch. Unfortunately, I cannot copy the warning here.... When I hit the Community help button it refers me to:

Showing 325 Results for "De aanroep van de constructor in type Sdl.TranslationStudio.TranslationMemoryManager.LanguageResources.ViewModels.SelectFileBasedLanguageResourcesTemplateViewModel dat overeenkomt met de opgegeven bindingsbeperkingen, heeft een"

I have updated my Trados Studio version 2022 and have no clue what to do. I am not sure if y TMs are up to date. When I want ro finalize a project, it says: Update Main Translation Memory.  I'm not that tech savvy, so it is causing me headaches.

Can somebody let me know how to update my TMs or how I can get the party started again?

Many thanks and best regards,

Fedde
