Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338 Trados Studio 2021 Professional
After transferring application, settings, and files to a new computer, I loose the Project List, Customers, and Users that have been created. I'm unable to find any discussion that helps.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue. Thanks.
Where do you store your projects? Have you installed Trados Studio as admin or at least for all users of your PC?
I have uninstalled Trados Studio and reinstalled it. The install process doesn't prompt me for how I want to install Trados Studio (admin or all users). I started the application as "run as administrator" and all the issues were resolved.
You can install Trados as admin (even now, without uninstalling it) by right-clicking the installer and chosing "Run as administrator".
