I need to create TMs for 17 pairs of language which source language is always English.
I have 17 TMX, one for each pair.
How can I do to create TMs in each pair the quickest way?

Yes... use the Upgrade TM routine in the Translation Memories view. Just drop all 17 TMX files in there and it can handle them for you in one go. If you are using Trados 2021 you will need to install this first as it is a feature that was removed from the core product:

BTW my suggestion was to use the TMX filetype you can download from the Appstore but someone else might have a better answer so do post a new thread.
