Does this segment repeat itself in your TM if you search for it?

When I search for the segments in the TM, they are indeed split.

I opened your alignment file and updated it into a TM.  I see this:

I'm not really sure what to suggest here... maybe go through your steps again and perhaps try with a new TM too?
