Segments split in TM but not in alignment file

Question

I just saw that some segments are split for no reason in my TM, even though they are not split in the alignment file. Does anyone know what could be the issue?

 I opened your alignment file and updated it into a TM. I see this: 
 
 I'm not really sure what to suggest here... maybe go through your steps again and perhaps try with a new TM too?

 That's odd... can you share the alignment files for me to reproduce this? If that's ok send them to pfilkin@sdl.com 
 Does this segment repeat itself in your TM if you search for it?
