Error Message "Could not find a part of the path" when importing Studio packages in SDL Studio 2019

Question

Hello, 
 since the update to SDL Trados 2019, we have sometimes the problem, that we can't import Studio packages and receive the following error:

This happens with all different builds from SDL Trados Studio 2019, but it is possible to open the same Studio package with SDL Trados Studio 2017. 
 Is this something anyone already had and figured out how to solve this? 
 Would be happy to get any help.

 Thanks for sending me your package. I can of course reproduce this and the only workaround is this: 
 
 Change the package to a zip file by editing the file extension 
 Extract the sdlproj 
 Open in a text editor (Notepad++ for example) 
 Go to the GeneralProjectInfo node 
 Delete the last space character from the name attribute 
 Save the changes 
 Add the sdlproj back to the zip file 
 Change the zip file back to an sdlpackage by editing the file extension 
 
 This is a bug and it is now logged with our reference LG-21157.

 The project name is very long. I wonder if renaming it would solve the problem...

 I think that if he can reproduce the issue with the same package, placed at the same level in his folder structure, that it's certainly worth investigating. 
 It could aso be related to the umlaut in the path. There is a known issue in 2019 already for WorldServer packages where there is an umlaut in the path... and he has one I think. Ana-Loredana Gabur already provided that article. 
 If there is an article then we know about it and there will already be a bug report in place.

 I am able to reproduce this problem without the use of an umlaut in the path (see screenshot). 
 Can this be considered as a bug?
