The error is coming from the BaccS plugin which is an older unsupported version.

You can remove this plugin from your machine by starting the SDL Plugin Manager and then selecting the plugin and then uninstall.

It would be worth noting at this stage that we are currently updating BaacS to the SDL Trados Business manager.

But now the question is how to invoke the "SDL Plugin Manager"?  I believe it is embedded in the SDL Studio 2019.

If so, how can I get there if Studio 2019 is not starting at all.

If not, kindly tell me how I can invoke "SDL plugin manager, please.

unfortunately, I haven't heard from you about how to start "Plugin Manager?" yet.

So I believe either you haven't seen my message yet or are too busy to respond.

This is a polite reminder requesting you once again to kindly help me, please.

I am not sure how this BaccS plugin got plugged-in  in my Stdio 2019 version in the first place but now that it is blocking Studio 2019 as a whole I need urgent help and am counting on your support.

You have two options.  Try pressing the Win key to activate the Run entry and type "plugin", you should see something like tihis:

Then run it.

If you don't manage to to do that then simply manually remove the BaccS plugin from your computer by removing the plugin from all of these locations, if it’s in there:

Thanks for your big help be suggesting two options.

The first option itself worked for me and I got rid of the BaccS plugin.

SDL Studio 2019 is up and running and I acn work again.
