Problem with virtualized SDL files

Hi, 
 
 I have the following problem: 
 - Our costumer just bought a brand new server, so, we reinstall everything they add included the fileshare. 
 - Before changing to this server, they were using a "PC" with Windows Server 2008, with only 16GB of RAM running 2 virtual machines. Now, they have Hyper-V installed on Server's base with 3 virtual machines. 
 - Basically, before using TM's was super fast. Now that they have a proper server, TM's are very slow, confirming a segment now takes up to 2 or more minutes, before it was like 5 seconds. 
 - We already tried to move TM's to an non virtualized Windows Server 2019, but it also to slow, like the virtualized machine. 
 
 My question is: is there any know issue with SDL files on Windows Server 2019?

Hello Jorge Silva , 
 I think we need a little more information here as you have not told us what version of Studio/OS system etc your customer is running. 
 Im assuming that at this [point your customer is using Studio 2019 for which the following configuration is recommended. 
 Latest W10 build, the latest updated version of Windows 8.1. 
 Trados Studio also supports Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2008 R2 to facilitate certain scenarios, for example, where Citrix or Remote Desktop Services are used. 
 Although I dont know how much testing has been done in Windows Server 2019 so far, I doubt this would cause so many performance issues. 
 It is worth checking the new antivirus settings (often overlooked) and ensure Studio/MultiTerm are added to the AV whitelist.
