Hi!
Ever since installing SR2, Studio 2019 keeps freezing in the projects view (nearly every time I enter the project view). It's extremely frustrating, as it means I have to force quit and reboot Studio about ten times every time I want to switch between projects (which I normally do quite often).
I have tried repairing and reinstalling Trados, and I believe have the right exclusions set in the virus protection software. Nothing seems to help.
Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

Go to the downloads page of your account then click 'Archived Product Updates':
You should see the two that you need to download at the top of the list. You'll need both for them to be fully inter-compatible.

OK, I now have a secondary problem. I downloaded the two packages that you show above and successfully updated my Studio version to SR1. However, I'm having real problems rolling back MultiTerm to CU1.
When I ran the installer, it told me that a higher version of the product is already installed and it then closed. So I uninstalled all the MT components via Settings > Apps but the entry "Remove suite of products" can't be uninstalled.
When I click on Uninstall button, I get the following message:
The upshot of all this is that I have now uninstalled both MT 2017 and MT 2019 but I can't re-install either of them because that generates the "higher version" error:
So I'm now completely stuck with regard to re-installing MT. Can you help?

That is because you should have used 'Remove suite of projects' to uninstall all of the MultiTerm components at once. Sorry I didn't explain that precisely.
Paul Filkin can either of you give Peter instructions on how to tidy up the remnants of MultiTerm so he can install the previous version?
Peter, SDL support will sort this all out for you. They will clean up the files left behind by installing the separate components, so that they can make a fresh installation of both products for you.
You can still continue to work in Studio without MultiTerm in the meantime.

Thanks for your message but this hasn't done the trick yet. When I double-click ob TradosCompatibility2.msi, I get the following message (very similar to the MT message):
I can run the other two .msi files and I can use Studio normally, too, but the issue that I'm concerned with is re-installing MultiTerm. As I described in my earlier post, I have uninstalled all the individual components of MT 2017 and MT 2019 via Start Menu > Settings > Apps. The two components that I can't uninstall are the "Remove suite of products" entries (probably because I should have uninstalled these first, as Alison pointed out).
I have also checked the folders that are listed in the article and removed a few leftover .xml files from them - but to no avail.
So how can I convince the installer that there is no higher version of MT installed on my machine any more?
