I am unable to import packages which one client sends to me. The first message I receive states that it has problem with the filenames and will try to repair them:
On attempting to open the pacakge, a message states that the system is unable to find a path:
Is there anyway to get around this problem?

Hi Ian, I encountered exactly the same problem after updating Studio 2017 to CU16. There was no problem at all on client's side. I solved this problem uninstalling Studio with Revo Uninstaller (freeware) and installing again the version which includes up to CU15 (which should the one in your account). Hope it helps. Really annoying on Studio's side.

Thanks Lorenzo. Yes, this started occuring after updates for Studio 2019 - first on my desktop, which is updated as soon as updates are released and then on my laptop, which is updated less frequently. Trados is intuitive to use but every update seems to throw up a problem and the application crashes almost on a daily basis. I have so many projects on the go that I don't have time to uninstall. This particular problem has already taken up more than an hour of my day.
