As you can see from the video, it matches the plural in 1st segment, but not the exact term in 2nd segment. This is for a term which was just added. Latest 2019 build.
This is almost certainly the work of "Lookahead". It's already cached three segments of results to speed things up and when you add a new term it won't be reflected unless the term appears in a segment three or four below it. Try disabling lookahead.
