Index entries split due to colon

Question

Hello, 
 We have a word file which we would like to translate. This document contains index entries and sub-entries that we would like to translate. 
 An example can be seen below: 
 
 When we load the source file in Studio 2019, we notice that "Safety information" and "proper use" split in 2 segments, instead of being in 1 segment, despite the fact that we removed the "colon" from the list of segmentation rules for both source and target languages in our TM. 
 
 Do you have any idea why this is happening?

 I don't believe you can control this with segmentation. You are showing the field values and these are separate entries. I created an example with default rules: 
 
 Note that the colon doesn't segment the text where it is text, only the fields are segmented and these are like this: 
 
 Word treats this colon as a field separator under these conditions.
