Unfortunately you have not told us which version of Studio the translator who is having the issues is using and which can be essential information (Studio 2019 has moved on a lot since the older no longer supported 2011 versions).

I would maybe suggest deleting the comments in the file and then saving the document again and ensuring all Track Changes have been accepted.

Is the translator now able to save?

You're right Steven. The problem is with Studio 2019, installed on a Chinese Semplified Windows 10. But my other translator and I have no problem opening this file in Studio 2019 or 2017.
