Error opening XLIFF

Question

Hello, 
 I've a XLIFF file to be traslated in 8 languages. This file is populated with many HTML TAGs. We hired professional translators, everyone with working Trados, various version (2011, 2017, 2019). 7 translators have no problem opening file, but Semplified Chinese one cannot open source XLIFF, getting this error: 
 
 Anyway she can import the file and translate it, but when she give me back translated XLIFF, I cannot open file, getting this error:

Anyone can help me?

Hello Filomena Artuso , 
 Unfortunately you have not told us which version of Studio the translator who is having the issues is using and which can be essential information (Studio 2019 has moved on a lot since the older no longer supported 2011 versions). 
 I would maybe suggest deleting the comments in the file and then saving the document again and ensuring all Track Changes have been accepted. 
 Is the translator now able to save?
