If you have active your favorite QA settings in your project (let’s say, EN into GR), you can export them to you hard drive. It’s a file with the extension SDLQASETTINGS.
Then you can import this file to other project, for example, from FR into GR, and it may make sense as long as you don’t look for specific content in the source.
Actually, Trados Studio doesn’t care about the exact language combination when applying QA settings. Nothing will stop you from applying the previous QA file to a project with the German to Chinese combination, even if it would`t make any sense for sure.
Hi Spiros,
I am afraid there is no such check in Studio, "inconsistencies in source", that is, two segments translated the same despite the source differs. You can only check inconsistencies in target: QA Checker > Inconsistencies > Check for inconsistent translations.
There is a solution: Xbench has such control, you can download the app and install it in Studio: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/apsic-xbench-plugin/354/

Thanks, Almudena.
I misunderstood completely the problem form Spiros.
Thanks Almudena. I do know about Xbench, it seems strange to me that this is not possible in Studio's quite extensive QA.
And somebody posted an idea about the same community.sdl.com/.../qa-inconsistencies-different-source-same-target
