SOLVED: Disable SDL Trados 2019 product activation screen (license server)

Question

Hi all 
 each time Studio 2019 is started the product activation screen (license server) prompts the user to click on OK, the licence server is already correctly set. Are there any server settings to avoid this screen?

 (Update: when using trial licences and regular server licences this screen appear upon start; when using server licences only the screen doesn't appear any more.)

 It would be good if you could post screen shots of the actual event as something is not quite right. 
 Is the affected machine- using a docking station by any chance? 
 Is the machine being properly shut down, before restarting?

 I think you should log a free licensing and support ticket via your account for this. 
 I would suggest that there sis something nnot quite right between that particular PC and the License server.
