Hi,
Since I have Trados 2019, the computer crashes all the times. The screens freeze and Firefox crashes. Many other apps crash too.
The computer is brand new and strong. A technician checked it for one week. And everything is alright.
We are convinced that Trados is causing the troubles. I installed it on an other computer, the kids where using with no problems, then the crashes started.
Please help me !
I have Intel Core i7-8600 CPU 3.20 GHz
RAM 16

Also, please make sure to add Studio and MultiTerm to the white list of your antivirus program, as it often interferes with these softwares.
