Alignment problem Word files heavily formatted: "Nested segments - unexpected"

Hi all,

I'm using Studio 2017 and when I tried to align two heavily formatted Word files (they don't feature pictures, but there are many sentences with bold, italic, color, etc.) this error showed up: "Nested segments - unexpected" 

I couldn't find any specific answer or workaround on the forum. Any help would be appreciated,

    Hi

    Can you please send us the full stack error of the message?

    Please save the error by clicking on the disc icon and, then saving to your desktop and including this in communications with SDL.

    These 'error stacks' helps us locate the issues and provide solutions much quicker generally.
