Using Regex Match AutoSuggest Provider:

In 'Regex Pattern' column, insert {([^}]*)}
In 'Replace Pattern' column, insert $0

Don't forget to tick the 'Enabled' checkbox.

If you need to insert the text between curly brackets but without curly brackets, use $1 instead of $0 in the  'Replace Pattern' column.

You could use Regex Autosuggest and apply the expressions Stepan suggested, but perhaps a better solution would be to tag these through the embedded content option in the Excel filetype.  This way you wouldn't need to worry about them at all as they would be protected during translation and easily placed into the target:

You could copy the xml files from this location after reinstalling the plugin in the new machine:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Capybara.EditorPlugin.RegexMASProvider\

I haven't tested it but I reckon this would work.
