Hi!
I can't obtain machine translation results from DeepL using the latest version available on the AppStore:
In the Studio Editor view, I receive the following error message:
"An error has occurred while using the translation provider DeepL Translator provider using DeepL Translator : Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

As I also use the same plugin in a brand new Studio installation on a brand new PC, the conclusion is for me, that your installation is causing the problem.
Try the following steps:
Remove all TMs from project, then close Studio, restart and add them again.
Reset the window layout from the View menu.
Reset the user profile.
Reset Studio: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

Thanks for your advice, Jerzy Czopik! However, it did not work out. I used SDL Freshstart for removing the folders and repairing Studio 2019. Window layout and removal of TMs (there weren't any other TMs) did not help either.
I even tried Studio 2017 and the corresponding plug-in. Instead of an error message, I get empty translation results (English to German and French and vice versa).
I appreciate your help/feedback!

Hi Paul. I tried again, just to make sure. I've got the latest plugin version and I used the API key given by DeepL. It still looks the same:
Also, automated translation is activated and I followed all the other instructions I could find in the forum.
