Importing into translation memory with Studio 2019

Question

Hi, I'm new to Trados and I'm encountering some difficulties during the import into translation memory process. I aligned two Word documents, confirmed all connections and saved my work. I had previously created a new translation memory. When I try to import my work into my newly created translation memory, I get the following message: 
 
 0/359 alignment pairs imported into TM. Only duplicates or disconnected segments found. 
 Not quite sure what to do. Help please?

 Root Cause

This happens when in the translation memory the SourceFile and/or TargetFile field(s) are set with Allow Multiple Values .

Resolution

From the TM settings in Studio, disable Allow Multiple Values for SourceFile and TargetFile fields 
 Save the alignment as SDLXLIFF and import this into the translation memory.
