Ribbon Customization does not work properly

Question

Hi, I don't know if you have this issues too. 
 I try to customize my ribbon, deactivating some features that I don't need in some views and adding other functions. 
 When I save it, everything is ok, but wenn I close and restart Studio, some of the changings are there, others are ignored. I tried several times, saving for instance only one feature and then restart Studio, but nothing seems to work. 
 The same happens with the Quick Access Bar (I had already posted about that). 
 If you have the same problems and do not find a solution, too, I will contact support.

It's good that you will contact support, but it would be helpful if you could provide some steps we can follow to reproduce the issue. You mentioned that some stick and some don't... which ones don't?

 Is this one feature something you saved after making a lot of other changes? Or is this one feature you can change and Studio will not save it? I wanted to reproduce this problem with your steps but I can't get to the ribbon you are starting with before you say the problem occurs. Those steps will be needed to be able to reproduce this.
