Can I update Office 2013 to Office 2016 while using Studio 2017?

I am going to updatee )ffice 2013 to Office 2016. Is there any problem with Studio 2017 because of this change?

 Two probable reasons for this: 
 
 Maybe you need to save the file so it creates a project. If there is no project the batch tasks are not available, or 
 maybe you finalized the project and now you need to revert to sdlxliff first as the Finalize task closes the project down.
