Hi Alex,

thank you for reply and share the article.

however, it seems not resolving my issue.

1. my TM is not newly created. they existing for long time, but it suddenly won't appear with error.

2. the sub organization is the lowest level org, and I cannot create new TM in it. it reports error.

3. it is not one single user issue. my account is administrator user in root.

4. what's important, I need the existing TM back....

Thank you for the update. When you say Root - do you mean the actual Root Organization, or do you mean that your user is saved as Admin in "Vendor A" ?

What happens if you connect with the SA user ?
Do you have the same behaviour?
Where is the TM container of the affected suborg, saved ? Is it saved under sub organization: SUB-1 ? Can you maybe add a screenshot and also mention the GS version ?

Also if you have a GroupShare  Support Contract, you can raise a case in gateway and SDLSupport will probably fix this faster.
