If you changed computers or did some changes on the computer operating system and did not deactivate Trados before doing that, Trados will need to be reactivated on that computer. Trados does not deactivate by itself, it needs to be done manually or if that is not possible, to be reset from the RWS Account.

Your license appears In Use:

The last time it was activated was in 2022.

Please reset the license to return it as Available and then you can use the activation code to activate Trados, here is how to reset it:
