My installation of Trados Studio 2022 suddenly refuses to launch. It annonces that my license is expired and it then stops not doing anything. But this is not the case, I have purchased a perpetual license, and it is active in my account, under code :xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

The Studio forces me to activate the license, despite it is active in my account, and after entering the code into the Studio, it send me a message that no such license exists, allowing me to activate offline. But I have no "Activation Certificate", which is demanded, but I have no possibility to gain any from my account - no such option.

I am extremely confused and annoyed, as I have an urgent deadline, and I am not able to use my purchased product.
