I should clarify that I am using the browser-based version of Trados on a Mac. I do not have the Windows desktop version of Trados Studio installed.
Because of that, I don't have the Projects.xml file or the Windows folder you mentioned.
Is there an equivalent way to refresh or reset the project list in the browser-based version, or could this issue be related to my account on the server?

As for your current question: please restart your VM with Windows. Then check the cache of your browser. And finally check the server settings.
