You don't have a Trados 2022 license, you have a Trados 2024 - at least linked to the email you used on the forum:
You need to download, install and activate Trados 2024.
You upgraded from Trados 2022 to Trados 2024 and processed the upgrade, this means that once an upgrade is processed the activation code generated is for the edition you upgraded to, not for the previous edition.
