Having issue getting into RWS Support portal to create a case

Question

I am administrator on RWS Portal and i can sign into the RWS account with no issues. 
 When i try to click "Log in" under the Support Portal it redirects me to service now and then re-directs within one sec back to Login Screen. 
 It never signs me into Support portal to create a case, Can anyone help me figure out this issue or maybe create a support case on my behalf so it can be fixed ?
