I used Microsoft Edge. After I clicked the file, I got the following message:

Please ensure that Trados is included in the exceptions list of your antivirus software, and let us know if it works after making this adjustment.

Your email was in Junk Mail.

I added https://update.sdl.com/updates/latest/studio.html to the exceptions list of Bitdefender. The result was the same.

when you click on More info - you should have an option Run Anyway

Click it and this should start the installation.

As for the file to add to the antivirus, depending on where you saved the .exe for Trados (automatically goes in Downloads unless you changed that path), open that folder and select the .exe as exception.

I clicked Run anyway after I clicked More Info. The setup has been successful. 

I clicked Download Multiterm. I received the following message:

1. Close all RWS applications.
2. Go to the following folder: NOTE: If you do not find this folder, make sure that these files are not hidden. See KB article Showing hidden files, folders and extensions on Windows operating systems
    
   • MultiTerm Desktop 2026:
     • Windows 7/8/10/11: C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\MultiTerm\MultiTerm19
3. Rename the following XML files (for example, add an underscore before/after the file name):
   • BaseSettings.xml
   • Plugincache.xml
   • UserSettings.xml
   • Settings.xml
4. Restart MultiTerm Desktop.
