You need to add Cloud Based Resources in order to use machine translation - you do not have it added to your project and it will not add automatically.

Click on Use and you should have there the option to add Cloud Based Resources:

I have tried but it's not working.

It always shows "no match found or no lookup performed" every time I use pretranslate function.

No error message. No translation results.

Perhaps the project does not allow you to add other resources, you added it to the active project right?

You need to open your project and from there to add it. It won't add automatically, you need to add it manually.

The screenshot does not show you actually added it. You need to click Use and follow the wizard to add it.

Before installing the latest version, the first two are perfectly working with MT and TM. I added the third file to the project after the update, but it didn't work for the third file. It asked my ID to activate the software every 8 hours on average, which I have fixed by repairing the installation.

After adding the fourth file to project, after I repaired the activation issue, I have tried every suggested methods I found. Your suggestion is the same idea that didn't work. That's the reason I posted this thread. I don't know how to fix it since I am not good with setting up the software.

Do you have other suggestions? Can you remote my device to see the issue?

You need to check your characters allowance, as from what I see you used them for the month of June.

There is no need for a remote session and I am not technical team and cannot do that but this is not an issue, this month you don't have any characters left to use so you cannot add the cloud resources, because you used all the characters allocated for June, the allowance is reset in July and you have 600000 characters per month for free:

Thank you for your answer. You gave me the link to check the usage and I have checked my character usage. This is my first project to apply MT in recent months. Althought I didn't think I used MT within some periods shown on the data but it's OK. I know how to fix it now. I think I will fix my account first and the character usage later.

From 2 June 2026, the free Language Weaver machine translation allowance has been set to reset monthly rather than annually, as it used to be before June 2nd.

Your total annual allowance stays the same, what changes is that you'll receive 600,000 characters every month- not more. And if you don't use your full allowance within that period, it won't roll over to the next. All accounts have been set to start with the full amount of characters no matter where a customer was in their year of allowance, and now you get them monthly as I explained above.
