Licence reset

Question

Due to an update of parallels I had to reinstal windows and Microsoft office and have lost my Studio licences. Could you please reset them for me. I tried to do it on the website by the link is not working. Thank you.

Hi Elvana Moore , 
 You have only one Trados license linked to the email which you used to post, a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus - which has been reset. 
 The Plus license means you have one Trados license with two activation fulfilments which allows you to activate Trados on two computers, not two separate Trados licenses. 
 If you own a different Trados license on a separate account and email address, you need to indicate that to the technical team or post separately for it.
