Many thanks, I really appreciate it. I have two licences that need to be reset as both apple computers had the same issue.
Hi Elvana Moore ,
You have only one Trados license linked to the email which you used to post, a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus - which has been reset.
The Plus license means you have one Trados license with two activation fulfilments which allows you to activate Trados on two computers, not two separate Trados licenses.
If you own a different Trados license on a separate account and email address, you need to indicate that to the technical team or post separately for it.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Anca

I am very sorry, but I have lost the Trados licence again because of the latest update on my Apple computer, Tahoe 26.5.1. I have contacted Apple to complain about this issue, as I have had to install all my programs from scratch. I would be very grateful if you could reset my Trados licence again, please.
