I tried out Trados Studio 2024 Freelance using the free trial, then signed up for a subscription last month. Since then, I've been getting the countdown for expiring trial version every time I start it up. Today, when I sign in using the Subscription tab as per usual, I get a message that the license has been deactivated and Trados will exit, after which it shuts down. My license is still active. Please help, I have a deadline approaching.

Hi Elisa, thank you for the prompt reply. The linked article however doesn't seem to relate to my problem since I am getting a different message. On my end, it says the "license has been deactivated" and the program shuts down. It's as though it doesn't recognise my active subscription. And when I log in at Language Cloud the display looks nothing like in the (second) linked article, and there are no connected devices to delete, only 'Connected AI' for Language Weaver.
