I upgraded from 2022 to 2024 with the option to use one or the other. They're both on the same PC. 2024 woeks fine. When I open 2022, I'm asked to activate. When I so and I insert the 2024 activation code, I get the 82778310 error code. Apparently 2022 refers to its original activation code and isn't linked to the new code. How can we fix this please?

Thank you for your reply. I didn't opt for the support contract because I never had problems with Trados, except with the activation process. It's always been a headache over the past few years, from one version to another, all the way back to SDL. To be honest, if the activation process had been properly implemented by SDL, we wouldn't be having all these issues. Maybe I'm naive, but we shouldn't require special support for activations. 
Anyhow, fair enough, I'll wait 48 hours and thank you again for your kind cooperation
