Problems to access language cloud

Dear all,

I'm trying to access language cloud in order to activate my new subscription that I've just renewed.

However, a message is displayed that login expired. When I try to login again, this message appears again in looping.

I reset the password.

Has anyone experiencid this problem? What should I do?
