I'm referring to the ticket Label : 00851649
Unfortunately I still have the same problems, whenver I open Trados Studio the notification "4 days remaining" (see screenshot below) appears.
What happens after these 4 days?
We have a perpetual license. You have already resetted our licenses, you asked me to confirm and to re-activate but actually the licenses appear not to have been resetted. Nothing changed.
