Unable to deactivate or reset license due to an error

My SSD crashed and a new one had to be put in; so my Trados license still shows in use. When I try to deactivate the license or reset it, it gives the error message below:

RWS Account error message stating 'An error has occurred' with instructions to reload the page and report the problem in the RWS Community forum. 

Any help or suggestions much appreciated.
