Licence deactivation due to computer crash and reset

Question

Hello, 
 My computer crashed and I could not deactivate my licence before resetting the whole thing. Could you please deactivate it for me. Thanks

Hello Krisztina Janosi , 
 You can self-reset your license via your account/licenses as follows- 
 
 Once reset, you will be able to activate Studio once again.
