You have started a Trados Freelance - Monthly subscription plan, you are in the 14 days risk free period until Jun 9, 2026 - so if you want to cancel it (in case it is not a software that suits you) make sure you cancel before the 14 days expire, otherwise you are going to be charged for the selected plan.

The data required is normal and it is required legally - you are going to receive an Invoice based on the information you filled in and such the Invoice is used by many customers for their fiscal authorities so the personal data needs to be correct.

After you start the plan and create the account and add all the data necessary, you can download and install Trados and Multiterm from the Downloads area in your Account Portal

The desktop is going to need activating and this is how you activate a subscription:
