I am trying to start and activate my Trados subscription. Still, I am having difficulty completing the process due to the many verification steps and questions during payment and account setup.

I attempted to subscribe through the official RWS account provisioning page. I entered my credit card details and completed the OTP verification required by my bank. However, I became concerned about whether the process was normal because of the amount of information being requested.

At the moment, I am unsure if my subscription has been successfully activated or if there are additional steps I still need to complete. I expected the activation process to be more straightforward after payment verification.

The product I am trying to subscribe to is Trados Studio 2024 Freelance.

I would appreciate your guidance regarding the proper activation process and confirmation that my subscription/payment was processed successfully.
