As I didn't change PC but only the HD. That's why I "forgot" to desactivate my Business Manager Lite license (same for Studio) before. Problem is that when I want to edit more than 8 quotes, I get a message telling that I'm in demo mode. Unfortunately the Activation button doesn't work (nothing happens when I click on it).
I tried to perform an offline desactivation but this didn't work neither?
What can I do?

Presumably you are using Studio 2021? Please try downloading the latest version of this app, it was updated yesterday because the previous version did have a problem with licensing.

Yes, I'm using 2021. I saw the update just after writing the question.
Unfortunately its not possible to install this update. I get an error message "Plug-in can't be found" (in French on my computer ;-)
Need some more help!

Thanks for reporting this.... we're working on it. We went through a massive migration of our data centre to a new location at the weekend and are finding the odd problem here and there. One of them is the inability to load large plugins like this to the appstore. So I pointed to the ftp address that is also in your account, but this is also a potential problem and we are moving away from ftp shortly because of this.
So, in the meantime you could also try downloading this version from your SDL account. It is the same one. You may have a problem with your browser as this is also ftp but using a different browser will probably help. Chrome is the most advanced in denying ftp at the moment and they seem to be rolling their restrictions out gradually so one day it'll work and the next it won't!

No way to download it in Chrome (my standard browser). I also tried with Internet Explorer. Doesn't work neather.
Is there a solution with ftp client like FileZilla?
You did try from your SDL Account and NOT the appstore? If yo have a licence then you'll have this in your account too... just like Studio and MultiTerm.

You're right. I did it wrong! So I tried again from my SDL Account... it's not working neither.
I tried the "Download" button and the "Alternative download via FTP" link. Same issue (grrrr).
Have you tried a different browser in the SDL Account. This normally works.

I'm having a similar issue since about a month ago so I stopped using Business Manager Lite altogether.
The message I get says I "can't create more than 15 quotes in demo mode."
I keep my Trados updated and currently the version shown is Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305.
Within BML the big Activation icon (under the Home ribbon) does not seem to work either (it does work, the small Product Activation one, under the Help ribbon)
I have not changed computers, or the hard drive.
